Refund Policy
Last updated: 23 September 2026
500.RIP provides digital services that generally begin immediately or shortly after successful payment confirmation. This Policy explains when a purchase may be reviewed for a refund or other remedy.
1. General Policy
Once a purchased digital service has been delivered or activated, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the purchased service was not properly delivered. This does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
2. Digital Graves
A paid Grave is considered delivered when the purchased Grave design or feature is successfully activated and made available on 500.RIP. Changing your mind after successful delivery does not normally qualify for a refund.
Paid Graves are digital presentation features. Purchase does not guarantee traffic, clicks, customers, sales, publicity, search ranking, or another commercial result.
3. Digital Flowers
Flowers are digital items. A Flower purchase is considered delivered when the purchased Flowers have been successfully applied to the selected Grave.
Flowers may affect a Grave's displayed Flower count, ranking, ordering, or visibility. No specific ranking position, duration, traffic, clicks, impressions, leads, sales, or commercial result is guaranteed.
4. When a Remedy May Be Available
Please contact us for review if you experience:
- a duplicate charge;
- an incorrect charge;
- a completed payment where the purchased service was not delivered;
- a serious technical error preventing delivery; or
- a service materially different from the purchased description.
These situations do not guarantee an automatic refund. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an eligible remedy may include correction, redelivery, reversal of a digital effect, or a refund.
5. Content or Policy Violations
Content removed because it violates the Terms, Content Policy, or applicable law is generally not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
6. Fraud and Payment Abuse
Fraudulent transactions, stolen payment methods, fake transactions, or payment abuse may result in removal of associated Flowers, reversal of ranking effects, or suspension of related Graves. 500.RIP may cooperate with the payment provider and relevant authorities where appropriate.
7. Requesting a Review
Email support@500.rip with the transaction reference if available, the relevant Grave URL, and a short explanation. Do not send complete card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or unnecessary identity documents by email.
Payment-provider procedures and legally required time limits may also apply.
