Additional Fees

No shipping fees apply because all products are digital. Customers may be responsible for internet-access charges, foreign-exchange costs, or fees imposed by their bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Applicable taxes, if any, are displayed during checkout.

Payment Methods

Payment Timing

Service Delivery

Digital services are generally delivered immediately or shortly after successful payment confirmation. Delivery may include Grave design activation, Flower delivery, or another digital feature activation. No physical goods are shipped.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
